Collaborating with other Team Members
To allow other team members to edit a form you have created, follow these steps:
- Click Forms in the main menu on the left.
- Locate the form you want to share and click Options
- From the drop down menu select Who Can Edit
- Type a team member's name into the box that says 'Search Team Members'
- Once you've located the team member, click Allow
- The form has now been shared with this team member and they will get an email notifying them.
To remove a team member's access to your form, repeat the steps 1-3, then look for their name in the list and click Remove
