Getting a QR Code for a Form
A QR Code is like a barcode that contains a link to your form. It is a great way to easily let people with mobile phones quickly access your form.
To view the QR code for your form:
- In your list of forms, locate the form whose QR code you wish to view
- Click Options and then Overview
- Your QR code will appear on the overview page
