How do I publish or un-publish my form?

To publish your form:

1. Go to your list of forms
2. Find the form you wish to publish
3. Next to that form, choose the 'Options' button and select 'Publishing'
4. Click the button that says "I'm ready, publish my form!"
5. Your form will now be available for the public to see at the URL that appears.

To unpublish your form:

1. Go to your list of forms
2. Find the form you wish to publish
3. Next to that form, choose the 'Options' button and select 'Publishing'
4. Click the button that says "Unpublish my form"
5. Your form will now only be viewable to you and any team mates you have shared the form with.
