Deleting Forms

Deleting a form will remove not only the form, all of the form analytics, settings and submissions. It will no longer exist.

Once this is done, it cannot be redeemed so only choose this option if you wish to completely destroy a form and all of its data.

To delete a form:

1. Click Forms in the main menu on the left.
2. Locate the form you want to delete. Click Options and then Advanced
3. At the bottom of the page, click the red Delete Form button
