Refund Policy

We are not here to frustrate and annoy. We think we're pretty fair. So if you're unhappy with AgileForms for whatever reason, e-mail us at support@createform.com and we'll take care of you.

Examples of Full Refunds

  • If you meant to cancel your account a month ago but forgot to, and your account has not been used since then, we are happy to refund you for the months you didn't use the service.
  • If your account rolled over into the next billing cycle and you meant to cancel, we can refund you the extra charge.

Examples of partial refunds

  • If we had extended downtime we can credit those days to your account.
  • If you meant to cancel your account a year ago and it has been used sparingly since, we can figure out a prorated sum to refund you.

The gist of it is, we'll sort it out on a case-by-case basis. And we promise to be reasonable.
