We take your privacy seriously. Read on for what data we collect and how we use that data.
When you sign up for CreateForm we ask for an e-mail address and password. At the time of sign up we also collect your City, Country and Timezone - this is so when you view analytics for your forms they appear in your timezone. In addition we optionally collect your name, organization name and address. This is completely up to you and is only collected so that invoices generated for you list your proper name and address for your business.
We may e-mail you regarding issues with your account. When you browse our marketing pages we may log basic information via Google Analytics, all of which is de-identified. When you submit support requests we may keep your requests for as long as we deem necessary to see that the issue is resolved.
We will never share your information, except possibly in the following circumstance:
- To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
We will not give your data to law enforcement without a court order requiring us to do so. We will notify you in such a case unless we are legally required not to do so.
We will only ever access your account if you request us to or to help you out with a problem.
If you cancel your account, your data will remain on our servers for no more than 30 days before being removed completely.
