We take your privacy seriously. Read on for what data we collect and how we use that data.
When you sign up for CreateForm we ask for your full name, e-mail address and password. At the time of sign up we also collect your city, country and timezone for the purposes of displaying your form's analytics to you in the correct timezone.
When you become a paying customer we optionally collect your organization name and address. The only purpose of collecting this information is so invoices in your account can display the proper billing details. Providing this information is optional and will not affect your use of the service.
We may e-mail you regarding issues with your account. When you browse our marketing pages we may log basic information via Google Analytics, all of which is de-identified. When you submit support requests we may keep your requests for as long as we deem necessary to see that the issue is resolved.
Personal information is stored as long as you are a customer, or until 60 days following the cancellation of your paid account or free trial.
We will never share your information, except possibly in the following circumstance:
- To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
We will not give your data to law enforcement without a court order requiring us to do so. We will notify you in such a case unless we are legally required not to do so.
We will only ever access your account if you request us to or to help you out with a problem.
You have the right to be forgotten, and upon request at email@example.com we will remove all personal data of your account from our servers.
